Family Builders Ministries conducts marriage and family enrichment seminars, retreats and conferences which build stronger, healthier individuals, couples, parents and families. By God’s grace, our Bible-centered teaching will result in life-transforming choices by those who attend to build better marriages and families.
Vision New England has embarked on a radical mission of intentional evangelism: “the whole church taking the whole gospel to the whole New England region”. We have recently completed a research project in which we studied the lives of people, who have come to faith in New England in the last two years. We are convinced that New England needs a powerful encounter with the gospel of Jesus Christ that will change this region for eternity.

The Salvation Army is the single largest provider of social services of its kind within the United States. Our comprehensive social ministries provide a myriad of preventative, support, and rehabilitative services. Holistic service is our goal as we work to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of families and individuals.
The range of programs that we offer encompasses everything from after-school programs, social clubs, and parenting classes through drug and alcohol rehabilitation and disaster response. We regularly partner with churches, charities, and other organizations to reach and assist as many people as possible. We believe that helping others creates hope for a better tomorrow. The Pettengill House is a regional non-profit community social services agency funded through grants and private donations. It helps more than 1,000 clients per year in the communities already named, with various services and outreach programs, including a food pantry. Its satellite agency, the Hugh Doyle Resource Center, is now open in Newburyport.
